A Stronger Community for Our Seniors

Good Hands Home Care and Reach Community Resources Inc. have partnered to bring the “Are You Ok?” Senior Wellness Program to senior apartment communities, assisted living communities, and other organizations serving older adults.

How the Program Helps

  • Friendly Check-Ins: Scheduled wellness calls or visits to see how seniors are doing and provide social connection.

  • Identify Needs: Help recognize non-emergency needs or concerns.

  • Connect to Resources: Link seniors to community programs and services through Reach Community Resources Inc.

  • Encourage Support: Promote communication with family members, caregivers, healthcare providers, and other supports.
